Children of Amarid

Children of Amarid are the Keepers of Arick's Temples, the most honored men and women in Tobyn-Ser. An impersonator, acting as a mage is spreading death and destruction across Tobyn-Ser, so mage Baden, and nephew Jaryd try to determine who's behind it. Traitor mage Sartol, secretly in league with invaders uses advanced technology to counterfeit magic powers. He claims that Baden is the traitor and Jaryd was killed by Theron's ghost. Discovering that he has the potential to be the most powerful mage in a millennium, a young man joins a magic order and is swept up in world-shattering events.
